I have insurance iwth State Farm and they are willing to do a rider onthe Homeowners for a fee, about $60 as I remember
Have not dotten it done.

I called my insurance company and they said bicycles were covered under the standard homeowners insurance policy, and would be subject tot he same deductible as you have on the rest of your personal property. My insurance company does not offer a rider (no pun intended) to cover the bike with a lower deductible. I would like to find some insurance to cover the bike, if anyone knows of something, let me know.

Hey, does anybody out there have "bicycle insurance?" I assume that mine would be covered under my home owners insurance, but I have not researched that question. I imagine that one may have to "schedule" your bicycle much like you would expense art, rugs or other assets.
Any thoughts? Just hit "reply all."...........
