I had a meeting last night but I would like to start taking part in this
training ride. Being that there is church on Wednesday I wonder if we
should park at Sycamore School rather than the church?

I have created a forum page just for the ride. This way others can join it to be kept up to date with the ride. If someone will be the Ride Coordninator/Ride Leader and post to the forum weekly I am sure we will get more people to show up. Perfect ride for those that have to miss a Tuesday/Thursday Ride.

Dannie- How busy was the church parking lot?

Steve -School Parking Lot would be good as well.

Ride can always start from the same location and the group could take a warm up ride to the loop that is communicated.

I rode solo last night 5 laps. 1 warmup, 3 fast @21.6, & 1 cool down. The lo is 5.3 miles.

Gents,

I still have a bad taste from last Saturday. Would like to do something about it; like train some more for instance.

Does anyone want to meet and ride one of the loops discussed? or new ones if you prefer.
