Are you someone who suffers in the heat? Cramp? Finish long hot rides feeling terrible? Not recovering well?

Do you have deer chasing you around because you look like a salt lick?

We have 2 things to tell you -

1. You are not alone...
2. We are here to help you get on top of your hydration and elevate your overall performance.

Let's be honest - training in the Memphis area is hot. And humid. And there's a HUGE chance your hydration plan could use some adjusting. When you get dehydrated or low on sodium, best case scenario is you have a bad event or workout, worst case is you can end up in the hospital (it does get worse but we won't go there). I think we can all agree that neither of those are good.

This is exactly why we're wanting to help you elevate your hydration game. To keep you safer, performing at a high level, and recovering like a champ.

Join the BPC coaches for a crash course in proper fluid and electrolyte balance, and learn how to avoid the bad things that happen to good people when one or both get out of whack.

The expert coaches at BPC will also be telling you about how their Precision Hydration Testing can take the guess work out of this delicate balance. With over 120 Midsouth runners, cyclists, and triathletes already dialed in, those who wish to get tested at the seminar can do so at a discounted rate of $119 (Regularly $149) and all Precision Hydration products will be 10% off.
