The ride departs from Collierville Town Square, just off Poplar Ave. on Main St., and follows several scenic routes south of Collierville. This is a no drop ride and has B and C level ride groups.

The Cameron-Brown Park Ride Easy is suited for the beginner rider and the casual rider that likes to ride easy. The ride will focus on safe and good riding practices and is intended to help people feel confident with road riding. The ride will begin and end at Cameron-Brown Park in Germantown and will have two 5 mile loops with an average speed between 9 and12 mph.

Advocacy, Safety, Road Sharing, other Issues
"Same roads, same rights, same rules", "Share the Road" --great slogans-- but what do they mean? How do we as bicyclists make it happen? What is the right thing to do in a tricky traffic situation? How can we (or should we?) get our local governments to help educate and enforce the laws? This Forum category is where we discuss how bicyclists interface (or not!) with the transportation and political systems.
Bike routes, multi-use paths, greenways, bike lanes-- Where do you want more signs or more enforcement? Who do you call? What's going on locally or nationally already regarding advocacy efforts for cycling?

In every state in the country, bicycles are granted the same rights and responsibilities as any other legal users of the publc roadways. When we ride on local streets, we are required by law to operate our vehicles in a legal manner. But sometimes motor vehicle traffic or road design seems downright dangerous for cycling-- what is the right thing to do? Questions? Discussions?

Forum to discuss and create biking trails on the MLGW Right of Way. The creation of a committee to work jointly with the Hightailers and the Greater Memphis Greenline (GMG) to 1) Plan various trails, 2) Develop the trails, and 3) Work with MLGW to maintain the trails.
