Going with my wife and two others (from OK). Thinking of meeting in middle of trail, riding west, then back to start point over about a 6 to 7 day time frame (very leisurely).
Any suggestions on best towns to stay in, favorite B&B's, eateries, side attractions, etc.
Also, does anyone know of any side trails that would be good diversions from the Katy Trail to jump off and do?
