Street Party For Great Streets
Join the Downtown Memphis Commission and the City of Memphis and as they celebrate the Great Streets Pilot Project, as well as the hidden potential in all streets to be a public space amenity. The Great Streets Pilot Project will transform a nearly mile-long corridor through the heart of downtown Memphis into a complete street with protected bike lanes and pop-up pedestrian plazas. The party will feature live music, games, refreshing treats from MemPops, extended happy hours and sidewalk sales from adjacent bars and restaurants, and an open air ambiance.
