Help mark the routes ONE WEEK BEFORE the ride These volunteers will drive the routes in groups of two (prefer one of the two has experience) and mark turns with spray paint before the ride. Supplies and detailed marking instructions will be provided. Standard mileage reimbursement available. [Please ignore the date and time listed below. Assist with directing riders where to park.

Help set up the registration/check-in area on the morning of the ride. Perfect pre-ride volunteer activity if you intend to ride!

Handle day-of-ride registrations and new member sign-ups. Requires someone with attention to detail and comfort handling money and credit card transactions. One person will need to take the lead to provide quality control and organize paperwork at the end. This is a great opportunity if you want to volunteer and ride, too.

Check-in pre-registered event participants before the ride. Help clean up tables and chairs before ride start. This is a good opportunity if you want to ride, too!

Help purchase/pick up the equipment and supplies for the two SAG/Rest Stops. (1) Bring vehicle to storage shed MID-WEEK BEFORE THE RIDE to pick up SAG equipment (tables, ice chests, etc.), may also need to shop at grocery store for supplies (2) meet other volunteers early on ride day to set up SAG, (3) serve at the SAG during the ride, and (4) clean up and return SAG equipment to storage shed. Level III VIP points

Help provide rolling SAG support and transportation to stranded cyclists along the route. A truck, SUV, or bike rack is required. Cell phone with additional charging capacity also needed. Support materials provided at start of event. Standard mileage reimbursement available. Level 2 VIP Credit

This volunteer will hang back with the last few riders on the 38-mile route, assisting as needed giving them the opportunity to have an experienced rider alongside.
This is a great opportunity if you want to volunteer and ride, too.

Volunteers needed to man two different rest stops, providing Gatorade, water, snacks, and good cheer! Help set up and break down the SAG tables and supplies, Start and end times will depend on SAG location. Level 2 VIP Credit. Please note: If you can do any of the Rest Stop/ SAG Captain work, please let us know when you sign up!
