Help set up the registration/check-in area on the morning of the ride. Perfect pre-ride volunteer activity if you intend to ride!

Another great pre-ride volunteer opportunity if you want to ride! This volunteer will be trained in advance of the ride to manage the registration/check-in volunteers, including new member sign-up process, accounting for cash/checks, and executing credit card transactions. Would prefer someone detail-oriented who is willing to commit to this responsibility on an ongoing basis once trained. Your contact will be Lynn Shields.

Need three people to host three SAG/Rest Stops and two more mini-sags. These volunteers will be responsible for the following: (1) meet Frank at storage shed MID-WEEK BEFORE THE RIDE with truck or other large vehicle at to pick up SAG equipment (tables, ice chests, etc.), (2) meet other volunteer early on ride day to set up SAG, (3) man the rest stop providing Gatorade, water, snacks, and good cheer, and (4) clean up and return SAG equipment to storage shed. Assistance will be provided, if requested. This position will receive TRIPLE CREDIT FOR VIP POINTS!!!

Help provide SAG support and transportation to stranded cyclists along the route. A truck, SUV, or bike rack is required. Cell phone with additional charging capacity also needed. Support materials provided at start of event. Standard mileage reimbursement available. Level 2 VIP Credit

This volunteer will hang back with the last few riders on the 25-mile route, assisting as needed giving them the opportunity to have an experienced rider alongside.
